We also offer emergency support upgrades for a one-time fee (quote dependent) if you unexpectedly require a support plan or higher tier on short notice, i.e for an ongoing incident. Our response times are guarantees for meaningful, next step responses, not just a filler reply!

Basic Support Plan

$99 / month

Oriented towards small to mid sized businesses with stable websites that haven't experienced major issues in the past year.

Response: Three day action plan turn-around.

  • Easy ticket portal with email and SMS pings on follow-up.
  • Includes one supported admin on your side - this person is responsible for coordinating with us. You may change the supported admin for a given ticket once per day with no incurred fee.

Pro Support Plan

$450 / month

A middle-of-the-road option to meet the needs of websites with increased complexity and uptime requirements.

Response: Same-day action plan response.

  • Everything in the basic plan included.
  • You may request a video call to directly collaborate on an issue, no need to take screenshots / document yourself.
  • Up to three supported admins on your side may be assigned to any given ticket. We'll cooridinate with them per your specific instructions.

Enterprise Support Plan

$1200 / month

This plan is best suited for corporate clients with extremely high uptime requirements.

Response: Three-hour action plan turnaround.

  • Includes everything in the basic and pro plans.
  • No limit on supported admins on your side - we can work with any size team on a given ticket.
  • Get a developer on a call for live collaboration with your team.
  • We can maintain a running clone of your infrastructure, so that with the flip of a switch, we can direct your users to our backup, no need to wait for complex restore operations.

FAQ

What counts as a critical incident?

A meaningful production failure interrupting a key flow on the site: for example, a major outage, broken lead flow, or a security event with direct business impact.

What is a "supported admin"?

Depending on your support plant tier, you may appoint a certain number of staff on your side appointed as points of contact for managing support tickets. This is because we offer training as part of support plans and because the more staff are involved in a ticket, the higher the frequency of ticket inquiries. It's often more ideal to keep one person as your point of contact to minimize confusion on tickets or conflicting information, however for the higher support plan tiers we do offer multiple to unlimited supported admins if that best fits your organization.

Do you operate during statuatory holidays?

Yes, we maintain availability year round, employees receive that statuatory holiday pay and additional bonuses for work during this time, don't hesitate to reach out with the urgency you normally would have for a given issue!
